Stereoland and small businesses like it are the reason I still believe in a real-world tangible buying experience vs. buying online. I came in looking for a new set of headphones with an expected budget of 300-500 dollars. I told the experts here what I had in mind -- as well as my budget -- spent about 45 minutes trying 5 different pairs laid out for me (in a really great leather armchair), and ended up buying a $250 pair by a company I'd never heard of or had even considered and I couldn't be more pleased.

I've been thinking about investing in some decent stereo equipment for sometime now. So stopped by this place to see what they had ( I had never heard of them before). So pleased I did. Not only do they have a great selection but have fantastic customer service. I worked with Andy and he helped narrow down what I was looking for. Ended up getting a Cambridge amp and CD transport along with a set of Focal speakers. Really happy with the whole experience (listening to Wilco on my new set-up as I write this), such a difference than buying through a big box chain, these guys know their stuff... and are great at working with your budget. I'll be a repeat customer

I've been a customer for over ten years and I have consistently been treated professionally and fairly. They take time with you to ensure you make a good buying decision. They know their products very well, and the selection is outstanding. If you're not happy, Bill will make it right. I just had another great experience with Stereoland when I upgraded my home theater speakers. The Focal Arias are perfect for my ears and budget. Highly recommend Stereoland and their products!

These guys went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my final purchase! Excellent customer service! Picked up a preamp at a great price, went back and got an amp later and found a great turntable in the consignment room for a great deal.

I bought some high quality headphones from them. They're service is great and their customer service is very good as well. They had my headphones (which other local places don't carry at all) for cheaper than I could have bought them online. Highly Recommend!
